Goods will be shipped as soon as is reasonably possible.

Please be aware that some items will ship directly from the manufacturer or external supplier, deliveries from these sources may take longer.
Some items may also go out of stock with our suppliers, in the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible. Special order items are marked as so, or as Back Order.
Goods will be accepted for return within the guidelines of the Distance Selling Act (all returned goods MUST be AS NEW and in their original packing), or where they are found to be faulty within the warranty period. The purchaser will be liable for all return shipping costs. Faulty goods (and reasonable postage of them) will be refunded upon inspection, either by ourselves or their original manufacturer/supplier.
Please do not return any item without checking with us first.
Customers can return the item(s) or cancel their order as per their legal rights. To do so, you must email or phone the Company within 14 working days from delivery of the item(s) (the signature on the carrier’s Delivery Slip serving as proof of date of delivery).
For the Company to accept the returned item(s), the customer must follow this procedure:

Replace the product in its complete, undamaged original packaging.
Place the original packaging into protective packaging.
Please return your parcel, with the invoice slip, along with the correct consignment number noted on it, via your nearest post office or courier.
On receipt of the returned part, the customer will be refunded via their original payment method.
For the return to be accepted, it is essential:
That the part itself is in perfect condition (unused with no signs of having been fitted)
That it is returned to us in its original packaging (intact, unmarked and not sellotaped)
That the whole delivery is placed in a box for reshipment together(Ensure that any heavy or fragile parts are packed in such a way as to avoid movement)
All damaged or incorrectly supplied items MUST be notified within 14 days.
